Ready? Set? Go!
So, it's June 4, and I must say that it has been hard! I've only just begun this whole journey 4 days ago and I haven't done so well. Eating all the things I shouldn't (even if the portions are smaller). BUT, I will give myself some grace in that I have been working out everyday since starting. I am doing the 21 Day Fix- just the exercise part and it's kicking my butt! I didn't realize how out of shape I was (insert all the sad faces). I will press on though! I am going to post my stats (weight, size, etc) soon. I'm still going back and forth about whether or not I should post a before picture. We'll see- I'm not all that comfortable in my skin and don't know if I want the world to see the before pics.
Anyways, tomorrow is the start of a new week and I am going to keep going and log my food, exercise and go from there!
